Welcome to Hey Jude! — we’re so glad you’re here. By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
All of our pieces at Hey Jude! are handmade with care and made to order. This means each item is unique—variations in colour, print, and finish are part of the charm. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that no two pieces will be exactly the same, and that’s what makes them special.

2. Order Processing & Lead Times
Because everything is made just for you, please allow 7 business days for us to create your order before it ships. We’ll always aim to communicate current turnaround times at checkout or via confirmation email.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in ZAR and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept secure payment via YOCO

4. Shipping
We ship within South Africa and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimated, and we cannot be responsible for delays or charges caused by postal carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges
As all Hey Jude! items are handmade and made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

To request an exchange, please email us at hey@heyjudekids.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Intellectual Property
All photos, product names, descriptions, designs, and written content on the Hey Jude! website are the property of Hey Jude! and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.

7. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected at checkout is used solely to fulfill your order. We will never share or sell your data.
