Thank you for shopping with Hey Jude! Each of our pieces is handmade with care, which means your order is crafted just for you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your items will ship.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order, so please allow 7 business days for us to create your pieces before shipping. If we anticipate any delays, we’ll get in touch right away.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
We offer:

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs
Please note: shipping time is in addition to the processing time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive tracking details, please reach out to us at hey@heyjudekids.com.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Issues
