Refund policy

All of our pieces are handmade and made to order, which means that each item is truly unique. Due to the nature of our process—especially with techniques like cyanotype printing—there may be slight variations in colour, pattern, or finish. These differences are part of what makes each piece special and one of a kind.

Because of this careful, custom approach, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
